Have Cell Phone? Check Out Home Values!
If your cell phone is equipped with GPS, then you could soon be checking the values of the houses in the area where you are, on your cell phone. Check out this article.
Just think of the possibilities! You could check the value of the home, as you pull up in the driveway, and come into the dinner party thinking, "I can't believe what they paid for this!"
I guess if you are a criminal, your thought may be if they paid this much for the house, certainly there are things inside I will want to take!
Sprint is providing what is in the public records, and for the most part already available online. I already have the MLS available to me on my Treo, which has been a wonderful addition. I can answer almost any question, my Clients have - immediately.
I can say there have been several times when showing homes, I have been asked how much is that house? Why aren't we going in there? Are there any other homes available in this neighborhood? It is fabulous to be able to answer those questions on the spot! I can see what is under contract and sold too! It is a tremendous value I offer my clients, that most Realtors in Charlottesville do not.
Is Sprint offering something of real value to cell phone users?
