Charlottesville Tip #1
Today my husband and I went to lunch at one of our favorite places Bodos, and I realized that many people visiting or just passing through our beautiful City, would not know what a mistake it is to miss this uniquely Charlottesville experience.
We always get a Caesar Salad to share. Lou got a 3 cheese with pastrami, heated on an everything bagel. My favorite is capicola, provolone, tomato, onion, mustard, on a salt bagel. In case you do not know what that is, imagine a soft warm pretzel.....yummmmm!
Read the amazing story. It seemed impossible to happen, since a lot of people here did not even know what a bagel was, much less what to do with it.
Remember the line moves fast! The food is fresh, made from scratch. The cost inexpensive. So Very Virginia as our slogan says! Don't Miss it!
